Account & data deletion
How to delete your account and personal data from any app published by Ezee Digital Solution — in the app, or by written request.
You can close your account and have your personal data erased at any time, free of charge. This page explains every route, exactly what is removed, what we are obliged to keep, and how long each step takes.
1. Delete from inside the app
The quickest route. Where an app supports accounts, it includes a deletion option:
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Settings (or your profile).
- Choose Account › Delete account.
- Confirm. You will be signed out immediately.
Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account or the data held on our servers. Use the steps above, or the request form below.
2. Request deletion by email or form
If you cannot access the app, or it has no in-app option, send us a request. Use the form below, or email privacy@ezeemm.com with the subject Account deletion request and include:
- the name of the app or service;
- the email address or username on the account; and
- whether you want the whole account deleted or only specific data removed.
We will email the address on the account to confirm the request before we act on it. This protects you from someone else deleting your data.
3. What gets deleted, and what we keep
| Data | What happens | When |
|---|---|---|
| Account profile — name, email, sign-in identifiers | Permanently deleted | Within 30 days |
| Content you created in the app | Permanently deleted | Within 30 days |
| Preferences, settings and device tokens | Permanently deleted | Within 30 days |
| Crash and diagnostic logs | Deleted or de-identified | Within 90 days |
| Analytics events | Aggregated so they can no longer identify you | Within 30 days |
| Encrypted backups | Overwritten on the normal backup cycle | Within 90 days |
| Purchase, invoice and tax records | Retained — required by tax and accounting law | Typically 6–7 years |
| Records needed for a legal claim or fraud prevention | Retained while required | Until the matter is resolved |
4. How long it takes
- Immediately — your account is deactivated and you can no longer sign in.
- Within 1 business day — we acknowledge your request.
- Within 30 days — personal data is erased from our live systems.
- Within 90 days — data is cycled out of encrypted backups.
We will email you to confirm once deletion is complete. If a request is complex we will tell you why and how much longer it will take, in line with the 30-day response window described in our privacy policy.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it separately, or you will continue to be charged:
- iOS — Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
- Android — Google Play › profile icon › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
Cancel before you delete your account, so you keep access for the period you paid for.
6. Deleting only some of your data
You do not have to delete everything. You may ask us to remove specific items, correct inaccurate information, or provide a copy of your data instead. Say what you want in your request and we will confirm what we can do. See your rights for the full list.
7. Apps published by our clients
Where we built an app that is published under a client’s own Apple Developer or Google Play account, that client controls the data and their privacy policy and deletion process apply. The developer name on the store listing tells you who to contact. If you are not sure, write to privacy@ezeemm.com and we will point you to the right place.
